At the end of June, just days before his first birthday,
Jack took the Canine Good Citizen test. He was tested on
things like accepting a friendly stranger for petting,
staying, coming when called, walking through a crowd, working
with distractions, being left with a stranger, and allowing
himself to be groomed.
Jack passed the test! This means that
he is a good canine citizen who knows how to behave in public.
We are so proud of his accomplishments.
His evaluator for
the test was Elizabeth Lundell of
Breakaway Action Dogs, an obedience
and agility training center in Frederick, Maryland.
