Jack is very confident in busy airports. He has to go through the metal detector alone and without a leash (it sets off the alarm and causes a "pet down") and has to deal with security agents who don't know anything about service animals. The whole process is challenging to me but Jack takes it all in stride.

Jack understands the concept of being up high so when he gets on the plane, he just takes a nap. On this flight to Chicago, he got up to have a look out the window.
