While Josh was working, I traveled to San Juan DelSur with Margie and Joan. Margie is a volunteer at the Rancho Santana clinic and Joan has purchased a lot at the Ranch. We ate at the restaurant in the Pelican Eyes Hotel. In Nicaragua, perros (dogs) roam about wherever there is food and we encountered two of them as soon as we got out of the car. We were only seated in the restaurant a few minutes when Joan exclaimed "My gosh, there's a cat under the table!". Sure enough, a cat was stalking Jack who was dutifully curled up on his blanket. The nerve!
